NafsBridge is a digital mental health support and assessment platform. It connects clients with mental health professionals for structured support sessions, assessments, and care orientations.

2. Not a Medical Provider

NafsBridge is NOT a medical provider, clinic, hospital, or emergency service. No prescriptions are issued through this platform. This platform does not replace local medical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you are not in acute crisis requiring emergency care.

4. Emergency Situations

If you are in crisis or danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately. NafsBridge cannot provide emergency care.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, attend booked sessions, treat professionals respectfully, and not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payment

Sessions are pay-per-session. Pricing is set by individual therapists. Cancellation policies apply.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable EU law.
